With over 15 years of international experience in the energy sector, Mirella has adeptly steered teams through numerous cycles, fostering sustainable growth through the cultivation of world-class talent and achieving transformational milestones. Her expertise spans Business Partnership as well as Talent Management & Development, Organization Design, Data Science, Compensation & Benefits, and International Mobility. Mirella is a highly caring leader who is dedicated to unlocking the potential of both employees and business opportunities. She is an alumnus of Universitá Cattolica in Italy and University at Albany in the U.S., holding a Master's degree in Language Sciences and International Management.
